Creating alignment without micromanaging
In a recent post, I shared a story about a company struggling with engagement and alignment. It reminded me a lot of my own leadership journey in government. I learned that when people and roles are out of sync, it silently drains both the team and the mission. Here are three steps to create alignment without micromanaging: 1.
